- We may hold payments in escrow until disputes are resolved.
- In cases where vendors fail to respond, GlobalKarwan may step in to ensure fairness.
- Our decision in disputes may be considered final to protect both parties.
6. Refund Timeline
Once vendor confirms eligibility, refunds are typically issued within 7–14 working days.
Bank or payment gateway delays may extend this period.
