Returns Policy

At GlobalKarwan, we want buyers to feel confident when shopping from vendors across the globe. This Return Policy outlines how returns are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Buyers may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product is eligible for return under the vendor’s policy.

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Intimate, personal care, or hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Digital goods or downloadable content.

2. Return Window

Buyers must initiate return requests within 7–14 days of delivery (exact timeframe may depend on vendor policy). After this period, returns may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible.

4. Return Process

  • Log in to your GlobalKarwan account.
  • Go to “My Orders” and select the item to return.
  • Submit a return request with reason and supporting images (if applicable).
  • Wait for vendor approval and return instructions.
  • Ship the product back to the vendor (buyer may bear return shipping unless otherwise stated).

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must respond to return requests within 5 business days.
  • Approved returns must be processed promptly.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing return addresses and clear instructions.

6. GlobalKarwan Role

  • We facilitate communication between buyers and vendors.
  • We may intervene in disputes if the vendor fails to honor a valid return request.
  • However, GlobalKarwan does not directly handle logistics or product collection.
